In this session of ISAR Research Center’s Thesis Presentations series, Burak Talha Ögüç’s thesis titled “Evaluation of Islamic Mutual Funds in Türkiye in terms of Shari’ah Governance System” will be heard. In his presentation, Ögüç will present the deficiencies in the Shari’ah governance system of Islamic mutual funds and his suggestions for solutions.

Burak Talha Ögüç graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Theology in 2020. He received his master’s degree in Fiqh from Ibn Haldun University in 2024 by defending his thesis titled “Evaluation of Islamic Mutual Funds in Türkiye in terms of Shari’ah Governance System”.
