This session of ISAR Research Center’s series Literature Talks, which focuses on how the literature in various fields has developed today, will focus on the field of Philosophy of Mind. In this session, Özgüç Güven will make a presentation on the recent developments and ongoing debates in the field of Philosophy of Mind.

Güven graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mathematical Engineering in 2001. He continued his graduate studies in Philosophy at Istanbul University and received his master’s degree in 2006 and his PhD degree in 2012. Since 2013, Güven has been working as a faculty member in the same department and his research interests include logic, philosophy of mathematics and philosophy of mind.
