In this session of the Ihtisas Talks series organized by ISAR Research Center, we host Muhammed Akif Koç. Koç graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Theology. He did his master’s degree in the field of Sufism at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. In 2024, he defended his thesis titled “Sheikh Bedreddin’s Vâridât from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic” in the department and received his PhD degree. He is currently working as the general secretary of Abdullah Tivnikli Foundation.
