Summary
In this workshop we will try to frame the notion of morality in general. Most fundamentally, we will try to do this by distinguishing between its essence and its realization. In this context, we will first try to think about what the source and origin of morality might be. We will think about the ground on which the reality that opens the field called morality in us is or is not based. We will also try to understand what is the essence that makes something moral. As for the realization of morality, we will try to deal with moral actions and moral laws. In the second part, we will try to classify the different conceptions of morality that we have found in the history of philosophy within this general framework and allocate a place for them within this framework.
