Family Law Working Group

The Family Law Working Group is an academic community that legally examines the family, which forms the foundation of society. The group addresses a wide range of issues, spanning from the establishment of the family to its dissolution, as well as the legal status of family members, through the perspective of what the law ought to be (de lege ferenda). In line with this, the working group adopts the primary goal of identifying the challenges encountered within current regulations (de lege lata) and putting forward applicable solutions to resolve them.
